  • What is our guarantee?

    Enhancements and gel polish manicures are covered by a 5 business day guarantee which excludes breakages, while traditional polish service is not guaranteed. However, extended-wear polish brands, like gel polish, are included under the guarantee.

  • Do we accept walk-ins?

    We are pleased to welcome walk-in customers. It's important to note that walk-in clients are served on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Can I book an appointment?

    To ensure optimal service, kindly note that appointments for phone calls are required to be made at least 1 hour beforehand. We would appreciate your arrival 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to enable us to assist you better.

  • Can my children accompany me?

    We love children! However, due to safety reasons and relaxation purposes of our customers, all children who are not being serviced will not be allowed in our spa area. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

  • Can I book a group party?

    If you're on the search for a special event with your girlfriends, whether it's a birthday or bachelorette party, our place is the perfect venue to host your get-together. Kindly note that a booking of five or more guests will necessitate a deposit of $50, and all parties are required to arrive on time.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Kindly note that if you are not satisfied with your nails, kindly let us know before making a payment. We are willing to make necessary adjustments or remove any enhancements or coatings that may have been applied to meet your satisfaction. Please be informed that after leaving the salon, refunds are NOT permissible.

  • Is there a grace period?

    Scheduled appointments will be given 10 minute grace period. We will consider all late appointments as walk-ins. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause other clients to be late for their commitments.

  • Can you refuse to do a service?

  • How can I buy a gift card?

    They are available to purchase in person. All gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase and are not subject to refunds, cash value, or extensions. We are not liable for any lost or damaged cards, and tampered cards are automatically void. For redemption, gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

  • What happens if I cancel my appointment or do a no-show?

    As each appointment is reserved, we kindly request a courtesy phone call if you are unable to make it or running late. When rescheduling or canceling, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to appear is unacceptable and we will not schedule future appointments with you.
